I hope something like this never happens again, I am not sure what I will do if it dose. I am disappointed and furious because of this situation I lost recent family pictures but not the picture I took last night at work, lost game progress that can not not be recovered are well as other important files. After doing some asking around on the internet I see that I am not the first Samsung customer this has happened to. ![]() ![]() I had to spend all morning setting up my pone from square one. The last resort was to do a full factory reset which I unfortunately had to end up doing. I went to the help section on you website and it stated after several failed sign in attempts I would be given the option to sign in with my google account, I was never given this option. I have had this phone for a little over two months and have installed previous updates and never had this issue before. I did the update and when my phone booted back up I was asked to enter a password that I NEVER set up to be able to open my phone. ![]() Microsoft has been pushing Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on Windows 10 computers for eliminating passwords. Tuesday morning I received a notification of my Galaxy A s10 phone saying I had a new system update to install. After installing Windows 10 updates, you may find the option to sign in with Microsoft account password is no longer there, and only Windows Hello Face/PIN/Fingerprint/Security Key are available.
